We have an exciting opportunity for an industry practiced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team.

The role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with a dynamic and innovative organisation where act as Customer Liason Officer.  Your will have face to face contact with end customers. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to listen to customers in order to gain an understanding of any concerns they may have. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your professional career along the way.

The responsibilities:

  • To provide pro-active and reactive customer service.
  • To assist in the delivery of Avidety's asspirations to have an internal Broad Measure of Customer Satisfaction score of not less than 95%.
  • Visit sites to ensure that our staff and subcontractors are adhering to our Customer Service Charter
  • Promote a positive Customer Service culture whilst recommending new initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Co-ordinate the availability of persons and facilities to ensure managers, supervisors and employees attend and complete identified Customer Services initiatives in order to improve company performance as necessary.
  • To identify improvement activities and training needs and give feedback of findings to senior managers and directors.
  • To lead investigations into instances of poor customer service and produce subsequent reports and recommendations.
  • Carry out any other reasonable request made by line manager to support departmental or company objectives

  • Proven report writing ability
  • Knowledge of QA procedures
  • Experience with work at height and electricity industries.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
